Change Management
A change is successful when a change sticks within the organisation. DKC supports organisations embedding changes by managing change processes. The change approach of DKC consist of: creating a change approach, determining the change impact as a result of the new way of working, moving the organization to change and embedding the change within the organisation.
Proces Management
DKC helps organisations with describing, modelling and improving business processes for different business purposes (e.g. obtaining an ISAE report or complying with an ISO standard). Creating a plan of approach, conducting interviews, facilitating workshops, embedding processes and leading employees is all necessary to describe and model business processes. DKC initiates and manages all these activities.

The goal of a project is delivering an output leading to a change within the organisation. This leads to benefits which are directly contributing to a strategic objective. DKC supports organisations in managing projects by controlling time, costs, quality, scope, risks and benefits. In addition, DKC motivates stakeholders so that all project goals are achieved.
Project Management Office
DKC has extensive experience in setting up Project Management Office and fulfilling Senior (Project Management Office) PMO roles. A PMO increases the chance of successfully completing a project or program by efficient and effective execution. Core activities of a PMO are: project/program planning and monitoring, budget management, risk and issue management, resource management, creating progress reports and supporting decision-making.

About
My name is Chabeli de Kom and I am the founder of De Kom Consultancy. I hold a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Vrije Universiteit and I hold a master's degree in financial management from Nyenrode Business University. Furthermore, I gained more than 10 years of project experience in multiple sectors.
My qualities are quickly analysing problems and finding practical solutions. I complete every project successfully because of my positive mindset and decisiveness. Besides, collaboration and achieving the best results together with the team makes me very happy.
